DELIVERY POLICY

Delivery within the Sydney Metropolitan region is effected by courier. Delivery times usually range from 1-2 business days, however actual times may vary according to demand and environmental factors such as COVID etc. Small interstate orders utilise Australia Post and usually take 4-7 working days depending on location. Both these delivery options are charged at $13.00 + GST. Courier deliveries outside the Sydney Metropolitan area (including Interstate) are charged according to actual costs, determined at the time of application. Personal delivery of items may be available at our discretion, and the customer is welcome to arrange their own pickup / courier service if desired. Please note that, while all orders have tracking numbers which can be made available to the customer, exact delivery times are beyond our control. Moreover, Lee Bros. Engineering will not be held responsible for any lost or damaged packages, and we encourage the customer to resolve any such complaints with the parcel carrier directly.

PRIVACY POLICY

Every effort is made to ensure the privacy of our customers and suppliers. We take personal privacy extremely seriously at Lee Bros. Engineering, and any information provided to us will be used solely for the purpose of completing transactions and delivering purchased goods to customers. Information we collect may include, but is not limited to: personal names, phone numbers, residential / postal addresses, business information, credit card numbers, email addresses, etc. It is standard procedure for us to retain personal information only-so-long as is required to satisfy a customer's needs, and then to immediately destroy that information. This is especially true of credit card details. Lee Bros. Engineering does not retain personal information of any kind unless explicitly requested by the customer to do so. With respect to trade accounts, the applicant authorises Lee Bros. Engineering to retain any information provided on the account application form for the purpose of conducting ongoing business transactions. While every care is taken to ensure that all sensitive data is destroyed in a manner such that it could not be reasonably reconstructed, Lee Bros. Engineering will not accept responsibility for any damages incurred, either real or imagined, due to the collection and /or use of personal information.
